Building products that address customer specific needs, is an integral part of Ellcon's long-term strategy. Ellcon's service staff help customers make the best product selections and assist with application and performance issues. They are a constant source of operational feedback to Ellcon's engineering department. This feedback plus input from customers, lets Ellcon-National develop customer specific products designed to enhance performance and life expectancy.
Ellcon provides all its customers access to a "re-build" program. Participating operators return used Ellcon parts as they refurbish their railcar fleets and perfom routine maintenance. Ellcon rebuilds these products and returns them at a substantially reduced price, yet with a full "new product" warrantee, providing a risk free way for customers to reducing operating costs.
