End Doors (Cab or Non Cab)
Ellcon custom designs and manufactures all types of Cab End and Non-Cab End Doors. Typical contstuction consists of stainless steel skin with resistance welded channels and an aluminum honeycomb bonded core.
As mentioned all Ellcon doors are based on custom design and manufactured on site. All tooling is produced on site as well. This gives many options in door design and final construction. Aside from typical design Ellcon can supply doors made of all aluminum construction provided in flat or curved contours, hinged or sliding.
Ellcon can provide fully assembled doors with all the hardware, window glazing (see Transit windows) and seals or simple bare door construction.
Ellcon doors are constructed to meet all FRA and TA requirements.
