Passenger Side Doors
Ellcon custom designs and manufactures all types of Passenger Side Doors. Typical construction consists of stainless steel skin with resistance welded channels and an aluminum honeycomb bonded core.
Ellcon doors are based on custom design and manufactured on site. All tooling is produced on site as well. This gives many options in door design and final construction. Aside from typical design, doors can be made of all aluminum construction and provided with flat, curved or bent contours.
Ellcon provides fully assembled doors with all the hardware, window glazing (see Transit windows) and seals or simple bare door construction.
Ellcon doors are constructed to meet all FRA and TA requirements.
